fan works quietlyInstallation needs to be modified if the motor is above the rack, but not so difficult to do it . The include rack might not fit or need to adjustOverall, it is ok for replacement

customer service helped to make the purchase easier when i could not find a matching model number. fits in my hood perfect. it is noisey but the noise it that it's working whereas my last one was just loud for no reason

Fan moves backwards! If u want to just move air around above your stove and have it go nowhere then this for you lol!

I was attempting to replace the range Nutone hood fan with this. Unfortunately, the plug is a newer style and is not rectangular, it has a diamond type point at one end, so I swapped plugs. This fan rotates counterclockwise. It didn't state which direction this motor turned, so I took the chance and bought it. I needed a fan that rotates clockwise. So I pulled the fan off of this motor, drilled out the center hole and put it on my old motor.. which works fine. I then threw out the brand new motor.
