Instruction manual needs to be in English and more specific. It was very difficult to follow. I had to study the pictures very carefully to be sure I got all the parts correctly oriented. Otherwise, a great product.

I love the product when put together, but there are serious quality control issues with the manufacturer. The Assembly required a drill, and a ratchet with Phillips Nut driver to completely put together. Luckily we had the tools available on hand to do this. Holes for one side of the leg frame were totally missing and had to be marked and drilled. The holes were also too small for the screws that were included so those were drilled bigger to fit the screws and even then it required a ratchet due to maneuvering around the setup and because holes were too small. I had read the reviews regarding these same issues but knew that I had the tools to work through the issues and so I ordered it. Because of all this, it takes much longer to put together. It would be a pretty easy set up if everything was correct. The product is made in China. ALSO, a stench was mentioned in another review and that is correct. There is a very powerful chemical bacon smell to it. At least that is how my nose views it. The smell is strong even when in the box. My cart is in the Garage airing out. AND it is super loud when rolling across a tiled floor.

This thing is cute and does the job, but it is incredibly noisy. Every tiny little bump it runs over gets amplified and is very distracting around the office.

Cost effective, smooth bars for pushing/pulling, numerous levels, back to effectively move a lot easily.Easy to assemble. Large wheels in back provide extra stability and easy movement.

Warehouse deal, more damaged than advertised (5% cosmetic) I had to bend flanges back in to shape.
