How to Use Car Safety Hammer？
1.Remove the cover.Note: Since the cover is tight, it is recommended to rotate and remove the covers on both sides
2.Align the notch with the side of the seat belt and push the side forward to cut the seat belt
3.Choose the weakest four corners of the nearest side window and give it a good press, rather than front and rear windshields or the middle position of the side windows. Then clear the glass fragments and escape.
Note: The window breaker has a built-in automatic reset device and can be reused

Easy to use, appears to be great quality. I haven't tried it on a car window yet, but I did try it on the provided sample glass, and it worked well. I haven't cut any seat belts, but from the looks of the blade, I don't have any reason to doubt it.

I opened it as soon as I got it. It is much smaller and lighter than the traditional safety hammer. Think extra long lipstick …. The item is indeed aluminum - and very very light and shouldn’t rust.** They give you a round thick piece of glass, I was able to break it with downward pressure. I didn’t see a way to test it laterally. —- I guess they give you glass to test the hammer so, that you know it works. Thus if in an emergency situation you know it works.** Mine came with small thumbprint size silicone grips, which is a nice idea - but if you place them on the barrel, which is smooth, it no longer fits in its clip. Also you can see that the silicone did not come off of the plastic backing cleanly; the yellow ones were completely stuck on the foil and ripped upon removal - disappointing!Also the instructions tell you to take off both caps when breaking a window, which seems unsafe even if the blade is recessed. I used my thumb on that side (with the cap on) to create more pressure to break the glass. - So I wonder why the instructions ask to remove both sides???** OVERALL **A space saving emergency device I hope I never have to test in real life situations. - It feels innovative, actually feels much safer than the old style hammer; less room needed to swing and less danger to possibly hurt others or oneself.🌟 4 STARSâï¸ -> (*My RATE SCALE*: 5=perfect; 4=minor imperfections; 3=on fence; not sure if I’d buy again; 2= too many problems; 1= shouldn’t be sold or is dangerous).

I've always been concerned about car safety, and this smosun car window breaker is exactly what I needed. The moment I saw it, I was impressed by its sleek metal shell. It looks so much better than those plain - looking ones. The upgraded anti - slip handle with the carved bumps is a game - changer. I can hold it firmly, even with sweaty hands. As someone who cares about both safety and aesthetics, this car window breaker is a dream come true.
