Wire colors matched the old one, Perfect fit into the cut out, and screw holes were a perfect match. Came on and checked out perfectly when power restored.

Took old one out put new one in it was that easy. You will never know you need one just follow the replacement schedule and you are protected.

My original alarm was black and I thought that maybe this one would include screws of the same color that’s really my only gripe. I’m glad for this color because it doesn’t show any dirt like white might. I purchased it in October and the manufacturers date was January 1 of the same year, but I have it set up to replace in October 60 months later.

If you an Itasca, this is a perfect replacement. Super easy to install just follow the instructions, You get the benefit of CO2 detection as well versus just propane in the factory unit.
