Very easy to install. Glad I found something that I wouldn’t have to make holes in my cabinets. The adhesive is amazingly strong.

These are great and work well to keep my grandchildren out of the cleaning chemical cabinet, garbage & sharp knife drawer. I like that they only lock when the kids are coming over, otherwise they stay unlocked for us.

Using on cabinets' doors and drawers. I chose these locks for the wrap around adhesive piece. I discovered that my cabinet doors and drawers are all beveled to stick into the opening about 1/4". These locks are designed to fit flat doors and drawers, i.e., doors and drawers that fit flush with the cabinet frame.On the catch piece, I had to cut off as much as possible of the pins that hold the latch piece. The catch piece installs on the cabinet frame as normal. The latch piece is then separately installed on the door/drawer about 3/16" lower than designed (maybe trial and error to verify the hook still contacts the catch piece).FYI: any double sided foam tape requires three things: pressure, warm temperature, and time for adhesive to cure. Don't skimp.

Every single one of these has failed - the post itself that grabs on the catch has snapped where it meets the body - they have failed over time from the stress of opening/pushing down on it to get it unlatched. Luckily it was me it failed on and not when my kid went to pull open a drawer she wasn’t supposed to be getting in.Stick with the plain ol’ screw-in grey version that cost a 1/3rd of the price. I’ve never once had an issue with those - all he drawers and cabinets those are on work as good as day one, and every one of this version that broke were replaced with a grey one that’s still going strong.

These seem to be good quality but they do not work in our drawers. We tried them in a vanity and the drawers would not close all the way once installed

I know this is a popular brand that everyone gets. This is a good product, out of 12, two of them loss the stickiness I tried putting back but it didn’t work. When I did the return process for Amazon, it gave me the option to call the company for support and maybe they can replace just the two locks that didn’t work. But unfortunately I had to take off all the locks and send them back if I wanted a full replacement. Why would I want to take off all the locks and return them and have to do the process over when you have a toddler going through the house?So you would just have to buy more and more boxes of these locks just in case the stickiness goes out or if they break. Doesn’t make sense, you would think they would want to replace just a small number so you didn’t have to unprotect your household. Three stars for brand and lack of support.

These do not work if the cabinet is under a counter with an overhand, or under a drawer with a thick front. The door doesn’t open enough to get your finger inside and push the latch down. Save yourself the hassle of having to scrape all the adhesive off if your kitchen is like mine.
