Good quality convex safety mirror. We mounted this on a pole at the end of our drive to see cars coming round the curve. The hardware and bracket for mounting it are good quality and hold it well in wind. Easy to set up and the little visor shield on top helps keep snow off of it. Overall pleased and recommend this item. Thanks.

We live out in the country on the top of a small hill, and it can be difficult to see cars on one side of the hill when we're turning into our driveway from the other side. So, our idea was to put a mirror like this somewhere that would improve that vision. Well, it's turned-out to be harder to find a good spot for it than we thought, but that's not the fault of this mirror. This mirror arrived in a heavy cardboard box with protective plastic and bubble wrap over the mirror surface -- in other words, they treated it with the respect due an optical surface. It seems well made with no weird distortions in the reflections. It has enough structure to keep it rigid and the narrow plastic hood over it is a nice touch (although I'm not sure the hood makes much of a difference). It also has a pretty straightforward mounting mechanism. Despite that, it's surprisingly lightweight, and it isn't hard to mount it on whatever and use the mount tilting mechanism to angle it as desired. We might need to put a post in the ground just to mount this on so it can be in the right spot, but I'm sure that would not be a problem...

I ordered the Morimoe Safety Convex Mirror, 18 inch, for my garage. I've been wanting a mirror like this so I can check that the garage door is all the way up and that there is nothing around the car before backing out. It also makes it easy to verify that all car lights are functioning properly on the front as I back out of or pull into the garage. The Morimoe mirror is lighter than expected so I don't anticipate any issues with using my own screws to mount the bracket. It comes with 4 heavy-duty looking expansion bolts that appeared to be overkill for my indoor mounting. The acrylic mirror came with a protective film that had marks on it so I'm happy they were on the film and not the mirror. There were a few minor marks on the black brim but nothing too bad. The mirror provides a very wide viewing angle of 160 degrees. The swivel assembly provides minor left-right-up tilt adjustment and significant down tilt capability. There is a simple instruction sheet showing how to attach the mounting bracket but it doesn't mention that you can lock the swivel by tightening the three screws on the swivel back.I like this mirror. It's as easy as it could be to install and it's nice and reflective. If I don't somehow scratch it, it will probably last a lifetime indoors.

I bought this for backing my car into the garage. and found that the image is nice and clear and the installation was easy with the bracket supplied. The one thing that I didn't like was the screws that they use on the ball side of the mirror. They were to large to get a decent screwdriver on them to tighten.

The end of our street is a T-junction with a house right on the corner (both sides), cars come down the hill pretty quickly and you can't see them until you have started to pull out into their path. The city doesn't seem to care, so I installed this before someone had an accident - The whole street is happy now.Small enough to not be a visible eyesore, but works perfectly to see up the hill for traffic before pulling out, serves its purpose perfectly, and seems to be pretty much unbreakable under normal usage. I especially like the small lip/visor that keeps both rain and sun off of the mirror, really helps.

My township refuses to put a light up at the end of my street, which crosses it into a very busy road. Since they were unwilling to help in, anyway, I took it upon myself to purchase and install this on a tree across from the intersection. So far it is great at helping with the blind spots when turning left. It is an extra large mirror with a great field of view. Definitely can’t go wrong if helping to detect blind spots in your driveway, or in my case, the road!
