Easy to install and easy to remove, super basic and simple. Big enough size for most plugs, and has an appealing style design that looks good. Good quality material and doesn’t feel super cheap. Seems durable enough, my toddler has figured out how to open it but my other little ones can’t which is great. Holds up well and now they no longer try to unplug any wires. To open it, there are two buttons you press at the same time, one on top and the bottom.

This product is perfect for parents who have littles who like to unplug cords. It was very easy to install and seems sturdy enough to last awhile. The price is steep for only one, especially when you need multiple throughout the house.

Used to prevent my toddler from messing with the Monitor and sound machine wires. It works, and was easy to install. However there was still some give on the wall as well as the plastic quality isn't super great.Overall, gets the job done, but probably there are better options out there.

A bit of background...Apparently people who build houses in the Seattle area don't think air conditioners are necessary...I highly disagree! Rather than dying in the summer, we decided to get a window unit. Problem is...get a big one and you have to install a 220v outlet. Rather than giving my landlord a couple hundred gift by doing that, we went with the largest that runs on a standard outlet. New problem...while I can plug it into any outlet in the house, it would be smart to use an outlet wired for 20 amps. I want the AC in the living room, but closest 20amp outlet is in the kitchen. Problem solved...a giant 10/3 extension cable neatly tucked along wall behind furniture and plugged in out of sight beside the trash can. Sounds great, right?!? Nope...my overactive kids and forgetful husband keep bumping the trash can into the wire plugged in, which sticks out big time because its huge and probably larger than I need, but hey...bigger is always better, right? After cracking a few outlets from the trash can bumping the wire, which is too strong to bend...I decided I needed an outlet cover like those ugly gray things on the outside of my house. I discovered clear ones exist and almost bought one...until I found this nifty little creation. It looks like the typical child-proof covers, only larger to fit my ridiculously large extension cord. And, it was fairly cheap even though not Prime eligible and had to pay shipping. Arrived rather quickly and I immediately installed it. It comes with 2 plates so you can use it with standard outlets or the Decora plates (unlike a lot of other covers). Screw off your old cover, replace with the included one and thats it! It comes with new screws also!I absolutely love this thing...it isn't terribly ugly, it fits the giant extension cord and another charging block perfectly (see my picture posted). Easy enough for an adult to open, but would give a child problems (although I am not using it for this purpose). No more wire bumping and it looks neater beside my trash can. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

My sister brings her son to visit every so often, but one thing he loves to do is get into everything! I already had to buy child proof locks for cabinets because I was so tired of having to clean the entire house and rearrange the cabinets, but now, they just try to pile things around the outlets so he wouldn’t mess with them. I’ve finally had enough and found this product. This will be a game-changer for me and my sanity! The box itself requires no assembly, it offers a paper manual installation guide and one on the side of the box; it’s super simple and easy. Judging by how easy installation is, then removal is simple too. The box covers the entirety of your average house outlet socket. It offers the hole to run cables in and out of and opening the box itself is very easy as you have to push in both buttons on the top and bottom of the box. It was bigger than I expected, but I’m not mad about the size; at least it stops baby/child curiosity of electrical outlets!I can’t say much on the durability yet as I’ve installed these on a day my sister is not visiting, but I will update if these things can withstand toddler strength. UPDATE: Can withstand toddler strength, but now he drops crumbs of food in the holes

This has kept my toddler from pulling cords out of the outlet! It is very easy for the adults/teen to open if needed. The size is pretty good too. Not too big, but big enough for most plugs!

Our little guy graduated from his four-walled crib to the "toddler crib" with the open side. Now that he can come and go as he pleases we needed something to prevent him from plugging devices (such as his fan) in and out of his outlets. This cover box is fantastic and worked exactly as we had hoped.PROS: + Easy & quick installation. Anyone can do it. + Lots of room inside to tuck away some of the cord and not have the entire length coming out of the box. + The way in which it is opened (pressing in on the top and bottom at the same time) is great as most kids shouldn't be able to figure it out until they are older. + Very sturdy.CONS: - Not as much room when both outlets are being used but can still be done. Can be a problem if you are using plugs that stick out a fair bit from the wall.Great product. Highly recommended!

We had floor beds for our babies and needed the outlets to be covered and inaccessible. These covers are easy to install and worked great. They have never been able to open them independently.

Works well and locks securely, I wish it came with a wire cover as well. Had to instal the cover upside down so the wire would come out the top. Otherwise it fits the block plugs nicely.

I use this in my living room over an outlet I need regular access to. I like that there are no loose parts. Easy for and adult to open, but kids have trouble. My special needs 5yr old has not figured it out yet, so it serves the purpose. Great product in my book.

Worked as intended. Nice and large to fit oversized power adapters. I have a power adapter for my security system and hat the installer jammed the low voltage wires through the wall beside the receptacle and my 18 month kept unplugging and yanking the wires out. The cover was large enough to drill a small hole beside for the low volt wires and pop through.
