The product is great for keeping our keypad drive from the outside elements. BUT the installation instructions were terrible. It is not just 3 screws and your done! The purpose of this is to have the hinge close automatically back down over the keypad. Take note: you have to make sure the spring on each side is positioned in the slits and will need to turn the hinge into position for this to happen. We actually took a piece of wood to practice on to get the spring to set correctly.
