I purchased this almost 2 years ago to the day, and I thought it was high time I reviewed it. In a word? Outstanding. It's made of durable plastic and, if the need arises, simply wipes clean quickly and easily. It holds at least 50 of the 5-oz Dixie-type cups and I would imagine even more of the 3-oz type. The hinged, flip-open lid makes it super simple to refill. Open, drop in cups, close, done. The mounting hardware it comes with is very quick and easy to install, and then the whole unit sort of slides onto the metal wall "hook". This makes it very easy to remove the whole unit from the wall for cleaning, etc. should you want to.The convenience of having these cups nearby can not be overstated. We distill our own drinking water and keep a large dispenser of it in the fridge at all times. When the grandkids visit they love to grab a cup from the dispenser and enjoy a drink of fresh, cold water. We go through a lot of cups, yes, but Amazon sells them in bulk at such a great price that I only need to stock up once a year or so. This dispenser has been used for the past two years by countless adults and 4 very active (and thirsty!) little people -- and it is as new-looking and well-performing as the day I bought it. I'm considering adding these to the bathrooms in the very near future.All this and the price is under $8?! This is an amazing purchase any way I look at it. Great price, great product. One of my all-time favorite purchases. I give it my highest recommendation.

It's very easy to install works great in my bathroom use it too hold cups for mouth wash put.little in rinse mouth out dispose cup in trash can keeps germs down by not using a reusable cup

Quality product. Despite what some reviews say... this dispenses one cup at a time...every time... at least with the 5 oz. paper solo cups that I use. Looks great too. easy to install. Highly recommend.

I spent a lot of time reading reviews of other cup dispensers when this one seemed to only dispense multiples. Finally I saw one review that indicated you should rotate the cup as you pull it from the dispenser. While it is a bit less handy, and every once in a while you get more than one cup, it works much better that way on this cup dispenser. Most of the time I manage to only get one cup at a time. I believe after a while it will become second nature for me to extricate just one cup by gradually twisting the bottom of the cup as I pull. I have updated my rating to four stars . I do think that loosening the stack of cups before you drop them into the tube also helps. This will get mounted on the wall and provide clean cups for use during tooth brushing or when you need a sip of water. In these days of COVID getting a clean cup each time is worth the extra bit of paper waste. This is a pretty good cup dispenser and does work with 5 oz. cups. Just in case an extra cup should fall as you twist and pull a cup from the bottom, I recommend mounting it above a countertop or shelf to catch a possible loose extra cup.

Purchased for my daughter so she could get a fresh cup of water when she wanted without using a glass or cup each time. Works fine for that intended purpose. She loves being able to pull a new dixie cup from the bottom at will. Works very well with the 5 oz cups.Two very minor complaints about the unit.First is its huge and looked a bit industrial hanging on the wall in her bathroom. We encouraged her to decorate it, which she did with stickers (she's 4). After a few months of use, I actually used a hack saw and cut about 6 inches off the top. Looks a bit more residentially sized now.Second is the plastic hinged lid on top. It fit so loosely that it came completely off every time we refilled the dixie cups. You'd open the lid by tilting back the hinged portion, and the whole lid would just flip all the way off and clamor to the floor. A dab of plastic glue after the 2nd or 3rd time that happened did the trick.Recommended for the price.

Perfect fit and looks good. I wish that the lid clipped on or screwed on. We use it in the garage and sometimes the guys are a little rough on the equipment. But all in all I am happy

It looked too big but when I tested it on 3 oz Dixie cups it worked great down to the last individual cup! No problems with multiple cups coming out. Tube is very slick HDPE plastic so it is easy to keep clean. The top cover closes completely to keep the cups clean but is ONLY held in place by gravity. If you turn the tube over the top cover fall off - might be able to fix this with some tape. 3 oz Dixie cups are the type you might see in a dentist office, smaller than normal small drinking cups.Also tested on 5 oz paper cups and had the same good results.

I really like these dispensers. I put one in each bathroom. They were easy to install. Usually I ask my husband to install things but this was super easy for me to do myself. I installed two with the screws provided and a third I used Command Velcro type hangers as shown in one of my photos because the only place I could put it was over a wall space with wiring in the wall. They all worked very well. They fill easily from the top. Just take off the clear cover on top and drop them in. They pull out very nicely and easily from the bottom, always one cup at a time. Cups can be found anywhere and are reasonable. No more messy and germ riddled cups sitting out on the bathroom counter. These work well in the bathroom but could be used anywhere.
