Customer service is A+. Very helpful and more importantly, reasonable. The tips seem to be lasting very well. The only issue I had was the 3/32 tip clogged with my particular media set up often. I use a pressure pot system. The 3/32 tip worked well with my finner sand like media. I ordered a 1/8 tip for black beauty which I use on steel. If you have any questions, you should check out their website at sandblasterinfo.com. Chances are the website alone can answer your questions. Will buy again but as of rn there is 0 wear on the gun tip after 6 hours of blasting.

Got this few months back and just got around to using it. It works great with fine sand. I use it with harbor freight pressure pot. I used 175 lb sand to blast the bottom of bed on my square body truck. Only had to stop couple times to clean tip and that was from were I didn't get all the medium sand out. With this one you can clean it out without having to shut everything off. Just close valve ,clean tip, and go back to blasting without having to reset everything.wasn't sure about the 4 in pipe between cutoff and tip. But it worked great. Going to order the 1/8 ,and try it with medium. Can't wait to use it on my next job. Making signs on rock and wood.
