It's a cheap chain, lots of it. Doesn't take too long to start getting a bit... dark. You know, that kind of tarnish. You can clean it off but still, gross.

I bought these spools of chain to create lightweight charms for the handle of a tumbler, which with Stanley cups are currently trendy. I craft jewelry and accessories out of acrylic fluid art paint skins, so I felt the chains would hold the charm, and it did.The chains are very delicate, and lightweight, so I wouldn't recommend them for heavier pendants or charms, but for my purposes, they were great.
