French pressing every week, making 6 cups in one go to have them ready in the fridge every morning. The size I got is a little over 6 cups, and when it reaches 200 degrees, the steam comes out the spout and the lid hole. Every now and then the lid does lift, but not to where it spills over. The tea infuser is. Wide mouth so I can fit my hand in to clean. A major plus if you want to make a lot of tea. To pour is easy, smooth, and luxurious. This piece shines because of the gold, and gets compliments every time guests are over. The dots look fancy, the symbols on the handle look sophisticated, and the fact that it works on induction is wonderful.
