These bags look all right and feel well-made. They are made from 800D durable polyester fabric coated with waterproof PE. The D stands for denier, which is a measure of the fabric thickness and density, and 800D polyester is strong, durable, and tear- and abrasion-resistant. The fabric is covered with polyethylene (PE), making it waterproof. The stitching is strong and built to last with no imperfections. We have many canopies in our yard, so I have used up all the sand and ground cover rocks. Fortunately, after years of collecting rocks and pebbles along the shore, I have plenty to fill many weight bags. Our area usually does not have strong winds. However, over the years, the wind has been getting stronger and stronger, and a couple of weeks ago, it seriously damaged one of our 10-foot by 10-foot canopies, bending and twisting the metal frame. At least, thanks to four weigh bags, it did not fly away, which can inflict much more damage. Since I have so many canopies in our yard, windy days always cause my blood pressure to shoot up.It will take time to assess how durable and reliable these weight bags are. If they fall short of my expectations, I will make sure to revise my feedback. For now, they work as designed, and I recommend them.

If you’ve ever had a canopy, gazebo, or patio umbrella take flight in the wind, you know the importance of solid weights. These canopy tent sandbags are exactly what you need for stability and peace of mind at any outdoor event. At 18.1 x 8.5 inches with a 28-pound weight capacity per bag, they’re the perfect size for securing a tent or gazebo without being too bulky. The 800D durable polyester fabric feels strong and well-made, with waterproof PE coating to prevent damage from unexpected rain. The stitching is reinforced, which is a big plus since many cheaper sandbags tend to rip at the seams over time. What I really like about these is the strong Velcro straps, they wrap tightly around tent legs for a secure grip, keeping everything steady even in windy conditions. No flimsy ties or clips that pop loose when you need them most!Filling them is super easy and versatile. You can use sand, rocks, gravel, or even bottled water (though you can’t fill them with water directly). They also come with sturdy built-in handles, which makes carrying and setup much easier than traditional weight bags.Since they’re reusable, they’re a great investment for tailgating, outdoor markets, sporting events, and beach trips, anywhere you need extra support. Just remember, sand is not included, so you’ll need to grab some separately.Overall, these tent weight bags are well-designed, durable, and super effective at keeping your setup anchored. If you need a reliable way to secure your canopy in unpredictable weather, this is a must-have!#recommended!

Great items. The bags are not sealed but are very durable and can hold a bag of sand, rocks, etc. without any trouble. The quality of the stitching for the handles holds up well against anything you want to throw at these guys.

Every year we go down to the Texas Gulf Coast for a family vacation. The winds there can get very pretty strong. I’ve had many canopies, fly off and get damaged due to winds. I decided to try these sandbags to help give stability to the polls to secure my new canopy. The concept seems easy enough filled with sand attached to the polls. The nylon material seems pretty durable and comes with elastic and wraps to secure to the pole along with a nice hand handle to carry the sand bags. The concept seems like it would add some weight and stability to the canopy. However, I’ll have to wait and see to test it on the golf this summer. I like that it is white and compact. You can easily store these with your canopy bag. The only thing you’ll have to remember is to bring a shovel to fill easier.

These are perfect for your canopy. Easy to fill with provided shovel and the velcro is strong to attach to the canopy legs to weigh it down. Durable material and the weight really helps with wind resistance to weigh down your canopy.

Although this is listed as something to use for canopies, we originally bought it to help us with our Halloween and Christmas yard decorations. In addition to staking them, we found a times that a weight attached to the right spots really helps keep the large inflatable stable and even sometimes the figures That are really tall can benefit from the extra weight. Unfortunately, you have to procure your own sand to fill these with but once you do, they're really simple to use and have a nice handle for carrying or attaching your secure ropes or your canopy. Quality material that seems terrible. Excellent value.

I got 12 of these to fill with sand and use as additional ballast for my wakeboard equaling 330lbs roughly. Unfortunately everyone of them, the seams tore open filling them. I would not recommend these. I filled each one up with sand averaging about 17lbs full. 10 bags would equal only 170lbs. When they advertised 110lbs per 4 bags. Don’t waste your money on these unless you fill them half way and plan on only using them once. also the Velcro is extremely weak so when you pick it up by the handle the Velcro comes apart.
