This was for a Squier Debut Stratocaster. Front holes were in the right spot. Back holes were not, which isn't unusual, but easy fix with a drill bit. Depending on what variant of strat you have your mileage may vary. I think it looks pretty good against the satin black with ivory trim.

Replaced the original black pickguard on my 2021 MIM Strat. Works like a charm. All the holes lined up pretty well, but my only complaint is that it was slightly tight around the bridge, and the humbucker pickup didn't want to cooperate entirely, and the pots had some trouble going through the holes. I had to do just a bit of scraping with a razor blade to open them up enough, but I was able to easily get it where it needed to be for them to slide in. Minus 1 star for all of that, but otherwise I would buy again, and also recommend as a cost effective solution. The matching back plate was a bonus!

The overall quality of the PLASTIC was alright. Not bad for the price. However, not real tortoise off the bat. I bought this for a Squier, nonetheless the holes in the back plate and the pick guard overall completely off by millimeters. NOT what you expect, and definitely not worth it.
