I replaced the incandescent bulbs in my garage door opener with LED bulbs. More light, lasts longer so what could go wrong. The LED bulbs interfere with the remote garage door opener frequency. The remote would work but not in a certain area right outside the door. I'd have to pull down the driveway for it to work. So I replaced the LED with these and it's back to working 100% of the time.

Apparantly "appliance" is a code word for SMALL. The light bulb fits in the usual ceiling lights commonly used in the house. They are small and do not put out the same amount of light you would expect from a normal size light bulb. IF i did not realize that the code word appliance meant small light bulb then that is on me. Well packaged, good shipping. Feels light i paid a regular light bulb price for a mini light bulb. Since i purchased a dozen i well go ahead and use them and know butter next time. LED lights are TOXIC to human eyes (think brain) Read 1973 book Health & Light or ask DOCTOR Jack Kruse. -Healthy tanned man

Needed soft light. Stores just have LED bulbs , which are too bright. These bulbs are perfect.

So hard to find incandescent lights. My chandelier and switch’s would need to be up graded just to change to LEDs.

Surprised to find out these were small appliance bulbs ... should have read more carefully I guess. Won't order any more from this vendor.

I needed to replace my LED bulbs in my garage door opener since I learned that LED bulbs interfere with the signal on the opener, just what I needed. Why drive all over the valley for incandesent bulbs?
