I got this ribbon for a cake I made for my brothers wedding; It worked beautifully! It is not technically "food grade" and obviously not edible, I used a rice paper to put between the cake and the ribbon and used a fondant bonder to help it stick. It worked wonderfully! The color was perfect for my needs, matched the wedding color perfect! Beautiful - satin deep purple just as pictured! There was plenty left over too!
