Really happy how portable and how space saving it is. It is easy to get assembled. It’s getting hot fairly quickly and doing its job. It saves money for us to go out for sauna therapy. We feel really happy to have it for this price, very cost effective!

I am do happy I bought this portable sauna. Just used it for the first time, gets very hot within about 15 mins and retains heat well. Considering a similar unit sells for $350, I'd say this is a great value! The size is manageable for an average sized room and fit perfectly in my office. Build quality appears good except for some minor rusting on the metal poles. It's very easy to use, and functions better than I expected.

Compact & easy to move, the heat this thing pumps out is amazing! Super easy to clean as well. Did not use the chair provided as it's literally a toddler fold out chair LOL! Get it, you won't be dissapointed!

It’s great. I do sweat a lot while in it. The chair they provide is horrible though. It broke while I was in the sauna and cut my finger. Get a better chair to use if you buy this sauna.

I had a bit of a snafu putting it together, so be sure to read the instructions. Once the bars are put together correctly, putting on the cover was easy. The sauna works great. The chair, well, it's more like a child's chair but it does the job. I'm 5'6" and weigh 167 pounds. I haven't managed to jump into a cold shower afterwards, but I can see how that would stimulate circulation.

*Must pay to return*I ordered this for my teen who wrestles and needed to pull some water weight. Though, we were all pretty excited to use it for detoxing.Admittedly, I was surprised when I saw the plastic parts that 1. The boiling water boils in 2. Steams through 3. Steams out of.The steamer states *stainless steel*. There is ZERO mention of plastic and whether all components are BPA-free.While I knew there were tube's, I didn't expect cheap plastic components. Now that I've seen how these work, I'd be able to identify it despite the deceptive description.I washed everything before use, but the smell of plastic was pretty overwhelming. We're a no/bare minimum chemical home, so we're sensitive to smells and off-gasing.My younger son couldn't even get in it. He said it smell too bad and was making him feel sick just being in the room. The wrestler, out of necessity, got in but only lasted about 30 minutes due to the smell. My husband got in, who could survive any/everything. He said there was light coming through the teeth of the zippers (that go all the way around it). After running for an hour, he said there was a zero percent chance it was 130°, let alone the max 140° claimed.I enjoy that it made the room warm, since I like to be toasty. But that quickly faded when I realized the "cotton" outer was all damp. The entire unit.I set it up in just a few minutes. It's simple and straight forward, there's not room for error. But the zipper quality and the fact that the unit was damp makes me question the quality and longevity of the unit. The fact that it rains in boiled micro plastic is a hard limit for me.I'll be exploring other options.
