This is great for Fire Inspection Forms.Light & not bulky or awkward.If weather or moisture is a problem you don't want this holder - it is open on top and sides don't seal.For inspections that was not an issue for me.It is slim and holds plenty of spare forms in the back.The lid flips up to cover & protect the current form.This is helpful so you can write on another paper without copying through to your form.

I like that it's lightweight and sturdy. I work at the port and i needed something to hold my papers and keep them dry in the rain. Haven't used it in the rain yet.
