The color is a bit too much on the grey/blue tint. I was hoping for a more 'warm' newsprint color, but that's just my preference. Paper is thin, works really well as packaging paper. I even used it to print things on my laser and it did not jam (I do lots of drawing transfers with papers of all types).

I typically sew with PDF patterns bought online and wanted too switch to more pliable paper - especially when working with delicate fabrics. So I thought about newspaper.. not only is this paper very cheap, but it's perfect for sewing patterns! I recommend cleaning the feeders first and run a couple of blank pages through to even out the stack. Also don't overstuff the tray which is easy to do because they're thinner than paper. The pages were jamming up a bit until I started doing those things (on my Epson Ecotank).

You get lots of lightweight paper for the money that is great to print on and use for Foundation Paper Piecing. Because of the light weight, it tears very easily off the back of the sewn material. Great deal!

I really like the thinness of this paper. It's just like you would think, it is as thin as newspaper. It works in my laser printer. I print designs on it and use it for wrapping paper. It will last me a while and I would plan to reorder when I run out.

I purchased this paper because I watched a Creativebug class on marbling paper, where the instructor used newsprint. I'm not sure what type of newsprint she used, but I wanted to try it and purchased this particular paper. I can't say that it's the best for paper marbling, but I wouldn't have expected newsprint to be a great paper for marbling anyway. It does work without applying a mordant, but of course using a mordant ensures the paint adheres to the paper much better. That's probably true with any paper. This paper does ripple after being exposed to the paint and water, so I recommend putting it under weight if you're going to use it for that.This paper does work quite well for gelplate monoprinting, though. It doesn't rip easily, and it picks paint up off the plate very well, so I would recommend it for that purpose as an inexpensive paper source.

I purchased this paper primarily for printing sewing patterns because it is lighter weight than regular printer paper, and seems more appropriate than printer paper for my purpose. The paper fits the printer and does what I want it to. Be aware, though, that since it is lighter weight than regular printer paper, it does tend to wrinkle and stick together, so watch what you are printing to ensure it all prints out the way you want it to. Not the paper’s fault - the printer I have at least, is not designed to print on light weight, non-printer paper. For printing something like patterns, or coloring pages, etc, it is more cost-effective than regular weight printer paper.

This paper is excellent and tears off easily after sewing. There was some mix up with shipping delays but the seller made it right. This is my second time buying this and I have already ordered more.
