I wasn’t sure about purchasing these pants but decided to do it anyway. I am so pleased that I did. The quality is good. They are very pretty. I wore them in 96 degree weather and found them to be very comfortable, despite the heat. They wear well. I am 5’ tall, the length of the pant legs ends at just below my ankle. Which is perfect for summer and fall. I took them to Texas and they did well there too. I was surprised at how well they travel and I just had to hang them for a bit to get the wrinkles out. The style is casual with fabric that is naturally slightly wrinkles, however, when packed, they do get bigger wrinkles. The pants pair easily with t-shirts and blouses. These are very versatile pants.

Bought one pare and loved them so much I had to buy 6 more in different colors and totally update my wardrobe. Felt good to get rid of all my jeans for pants that are actually comfortable regardless of the temperature and fit better than jeans have ever!In cold they hold air and I’m toasty warm, in hot they don’t cling and I’m not feeling like I’m going to sweat to death. If I’m wanting shorts or need to do something like yard work, just tie off the hem. Bang, shorts/capris.Looks great with tee shirts or tank tops, but throw on a blouse and they are acceptable for church, evening wear, or night out.They pack quite well and weight half the weight of a pare of jeans, making lightweight travel not a hardship, ie. not having something nice at the other end to wear. And because of the linen fabric there’s no need to pack an iron: they are supposed to be wrinkly.There’s two things not so great. Washing care requires cold water only and line dry to avoid shrinking. And the fabrics love to pick up every scent they cross. So throwing a grubby pare from the concert into my travel bag ended up with everything in the bag smelling a bit like the floor of a taxi… there was a scramble trying to find somewhere abroad to run a load of wash. So either plan for stink with fabreeze and drier sheets, or plan to wear once and wash (gentle cycle, cold water, line dry).Over all well chuffed.

I'm content with the item. It fits reasonably well, but I would have preferred no strings to tighten it as I feel they are problematic every time I have to use the ladies room. In my golden years, this means I make frequent visits.These wrinkle very easily so I opted to encourage the wrinkles in a vertical fashion, by drying on my drying rack instead of placing in the dryer. I actually think they now look better with the vertical crinkles -- rather than just wrinkled.Note: if you are my height (5'2.5") these pants tend to drag on the ground and become a hazard when climbing stairs as I find they are so short and voluminous they tend to get underfoot!

I never write Amazon reviews but this cotton pant is super flattering and high quality, heavier material. Is very modest and is the best length for shorter people. Will buy in more colors for sure.
