This bed absolutely does what it says. Retains the cat's body heat and soft bedding that mine love. I did sprinkle some catnip on to get them to use first time but now they use on their own. I bought 2 since have 2 cats and they lay in the sun on them. Would purchase again.

All my cats love it! Well except my long haired boy but he runs warm. The day I got it the cats were immediately interested…. as cats are with new items in the house. I promptly washed in cold water and dried on low and put it in my home office on the floor. I wanted something for my elder kitty when I’m not home. She has a heated bed and an electric blanket but when I’m not home I turn them off for safety. This has been great. Admittedly my other kitty who also loves the heated beds uses it more but it serves its purpose. I love that in the summer I can flip it over for a cooling mat. I think my long haired boy might enjoy it then. This is definitely a great buy. I might have to get one more.

My 17.5 year old cat Loves it!Is it the world's best cat bed...of course not, it's inexpensive. But seriously, my cat loves it! It isn't very thick but I fluffed it up a bit and it's perfect for my cat. The size is great for my 11 pound cat The sides are not that stiff which is what I wanted. I just put up one end so it fits on my couch better. It takes a little manipulation to get the ends to sit correctly but it wasn't that hard to figure out. You have to watch the video and pop the ends "inside out" to get a good result. The self heating actually works! Putting my hand next to her body I can feel the warmth! I haven't washed it yet, so that's a test that will come later...if I can get her off of it long enough to Wash it! I think I'd wash it in cold water on gentle cycle and hang it to dry.Not sure about durability as we just received it...but so far it doesn't shed fluff and she's an old kitcat, so she's very gentle on things. I think it's a very good value for what it is! Might have to purchase another one for the 11 year old orange tabby!

I got this blanket for my miniature yorkie this blanket is very small and not descrm as advertised. I went to Walmart and purchased my yorkie and got better home and garden blanket two times the size as this blanket and blanket was very plush and was much. Cheaper.

I bought this for my cats but I craft while sitting on the floor and found it keeps me quite warm in the winter. So I am the one usually sitting on it. The cats can fight me for it!

My cats love it! It took all of 3 seconds of laying on the ground before they jumped off the couch and crawled in. I have three cats. There is always one in it. Sometimes there are two are jammed in there. I wish it was slightly bigger and I did get the larger one. But my cats all give it 5-toe beans up!

I have two cats but only one of them likes to be surrounded within warm environments, snuggled within a cat bed, etc. As soon as I took this item out of the bag and was buttoning the sides together, Azeri was trying to climb into it. When done, Azeri was cozied up inside it and she was done for the night!!

My cat usually sleeps in one of those fluffy donut shaped beds. She loves them. But, we accidentally left it at my mom's over the holidays. I bought this as a replacement, because it's a similar fabric in the inside and I liked the idea that it can also be undone for washing and is easy to travel with as it will also fit in her carrier. She took to it immediately. Cat approved..
