I usually buy the pumice stone bricks to clean my BBQ. The bricks usually work ok but I decided to try this and it was a good price. Got great results which I really wasn’t expecting. I just figured it would help out the process. My daughter was helping me and started the clean the BBQ when it was still quite hot. I thought maybe it was gonna burn the pad but it didn’t and it clean it off quickly. Again, it wasn’t what I was expecting. I was only hoping to get the bulk off and then use the brick to finish it off. But didn’t need the brick! The steak was delicious too :-)

The only downside to the scrubber is you have to do it on a cold grill. A lot of time I will forget to clean, and then fire up the grill and notice before I go to put food on it needs a scrub. Otherwise, this works great - I’ve come to leave it on top of the cover so I have to move it to take the cover off and it reminds me to scrub.It gets the mess off the grill without the worry about metal shavings in your food. Win win.

Always used a metal grill brush. Like, for decades. Had read about the hazard of metal bristles in food and getting in your stomach but thought- Nah, it's never happened, it never will.Well, I was WRONG. Found something odd - felt like a bone in my mouth and found a bristle that had gotten into my chicken. Done with metal grill brushes.Bought this, have used it for a few months and it isn't just safer- it's better. Night and Day better. My grill cooking surfaces look like new again. Could never get them clean like that with the metal brush. It's pretty durable, too.I'm sold. I bet you will be, too.

These are great. I was looking for a grill scrubber that wasn't wire brush (as they can break off and find their way into food and subsequently cause issues when ingested). This fit the bill. I was actually given one as a gift and bought 4 more. While they dont appear to be as durable as a wire brush, I have used it a dozen or so times and it works well. It cleans well and doesn't leave me worried about metal bristles remaining on the grill grates. Overall I am very happy with these and at the price, will continue to buy them when they wear out.

I wish I found this scrubber much sooner! I have been having a hard time finding something to safely clean my grill. I am not a fan of wire brushes. I tried a number of scrubbers but none of them cleaned by grill well. After a year of trying different products, I decided to try this scrubber. I have not looked back. This scrubber is heavy duty and works extremely well! I will not be using anything else!!

I just got these ( I had to buy 3), so I don’t know about durability. But I just cleaned my grill…amazing! I barely had to scrub and the the black debri came off, leaving a shining grill. I was a little worried that you had to buy 3, but now I am thrilled that they require you to buy 3, I should be set for summer!
