For the same price you would buy a small amount in the store you can get this entire roll. This stuff is strong and works well for a variety of things very good adhesion. it's easy to use and remove. A fantastic value for the money and its always good to have extra in the toolbox.

You may have heard of heavy-duty options like Alien Glue or Gorilla Glue, and there are plenty of double-sided tapes out there, but when it comes to small tasks around the house, THIS IS MY GO-TO. Whether I'm hanging lightweight items on my walls that don’t need nails, drywall anchors, or screws, this Scotch-Mount tape gets the job done without a hitch. It's reliable, easy to use, and has become an essential item in my home.But be weary! While it’s fantastic for little jobs, don’t expect it to hold up larger items, especially if you're stubborn like me. I tried hanging a bigger piece—out of impatience, not wanting to deal with the necessary wall anchors—and within minutes, I heard a loud crash as it fell from the wall. So, little jobs? YES. Hanging a picture nearly half the size of your wall? NO.As I write this, I’m sadly down to about 4-5 inches of tape, holding on to it like a desperate hoarder, but trust me, for smaller tasks, this tape is a total lifesaver. Highly recommend it, but maybe not for your most ambitious hanging projects!

I used this to hang some shelves in my bathroom. I was worried about drilling over the toilet since that’s where all the wiring and plumbing is. This was super simple! I actually rather do this than use screws. Also a lot less costly than other brands. Been up for four days but seems to be holding very well! Just make sure you have things positioned perfectly prior to applying because you really won’t get it off unless you immediately pull it and have not pressed it completely.

I made a collage of canvas wall pictures, their all hung by 1 nail at top and a "1 piece of this double stick at the bottom to hold from swinging. It works great.

This stuff STICKS. Once you put it down, it's going to be a struggle to get it off, so make sure you have the right position before you commit, or you're going to damage whatever you're working on. I used this to mount mirror trim in my bathrooms. I mounted the tape to the mirror, not the wall, so when I'm ready to remove it, I know I'll only damage the trim and not the mirror itself or the wall around it. It's definitely sturdy and reliable, and I'd absolutely use it again for future projects. Just keep in mind that this is meant to be a permanent solution, not temporary. If you're using it in a rental, be smart about your placement.

I wanted double-sided tape to mount my shopping bag container in my little utility room. It had come with mounting tape, but after almost five years, it fell off the wall. I bought EZlifego, heavy duty double-sided tape that I'd used before simply to tape some light plexiglass to my stairway rails, which had worked well. My container fell off the wall within two days. Then I tried Hasky 300LSE heavy duty tape. It wouldn't even stick to the wall. Back to Amazon. Little did I know that certain tapes do not stick to a painted drywall wall until I ran across one product description that said it wouldn't stick to it. Seriously? How am I suppose to know that something that says 'heavy duty' will not stick to painted drywall? So i started looking for something that said, in the product description, that it would. It's important to know that the container weighs just over one pound. Not only did Scotch-Mount stick and hold perfectly, compared to the other two products, the backing was incredibly easy to separate from the tape.

I love this tape, I purchased clips with adhesive on them at a dollar store and they would not stay up. Changed the tape on them to this and they are working great. I did find that a couple fell down (spice clips holding heavy spice bottles) so I used a hair dryer to quickly heat the tape before sticking it up a second time it's now been weeks and that seemed to do the trick nothing else has fell.
