The first shipment arrived damaged during shipping. We did not accept the shipment returned to sender. Instructions were not clear upon delivery/return so we contacted the vendor to ship out a new machine.The ice part of the machine is a wonderful addition to our new break room. The water dispenser is not the most user friendly as it squirts out the water at a high pressure and there is no way to turn it down. We contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed that there is not an option to turn down the water pressure on the water dispenser part of the machine. We placed a carpet square on the floor in the area below the machine to prevent slips as the water squirts all over the place when you use the dispenser. The manufacturer did give us a tip: Use less ice in your cup and this will allow for less splatter.Overall, we purchased this for the ice and everyone in the office loves the ice part of the machine. We will just keep working on different methods to reduce the water from splattering everywhere when dispensing.

We have had to repair the water line/hose twice. The hose continually cracks and then water leaks all over the counter tops.
