Attached garmin striker 4 to its included base to this universal mount using separate hardware (bolts and nuts). This mount attached perfectly to the Scotty 141 arm, so the screen and transducer are on a single piece of hardware. This setup is attached the the rail mount on my yellowfin vibe 110 (kayak). Good purchase as it seems sturdy and flexible for later modifications.

Used this to mount my Garmin Striker 4 for kayak fishing. It's larger than you think but is a perfect platform for the Scotty mounting system. I used this mount in conjunction with the Scotty 141 Kayak/SUP Transducer Mounting Arm with Gear-Head Black, Medium and i'm really happy with the overall setup.

First of all, this mount is bigger and sturdier than I expected, great! I recently bought a Striker 4 fishfinder for my Outcast pontoon and needed to mount the FF and the transducer.. I had an old Scotty rod holder base that wasn't in use so that's why I bought this. I sacrificed a cutting board from the kitchen (approx 3/8" thick) to create a slightly bigger platform, and mounted the FF on top, and a piece of aluminum bar stock on the bottom. The bar stock (1/8" thick) extends a bit past the outside of the pontoon, then bends 90 degree down towards the water. The transducer is mounted on another piece of aluminum bar stock that simply bolts to the first piece, so it's easily removable. I thought about using PVC tubing for the transducer mount, but that has a lot more drag than the edge of the bar stock. It's had its maiden voyage, and it worked better than I had hoped. As a battery, I'm using the 12v li-ion power supply to a HarborFreight battery jump starter. It's 12 Ah, has no minimal power draw, weighs next to nothing, and keeps the FF going forever. So I'm pretty happy with this Scotty mount, as it's the perfect platform for what I needed to build...

I have had this on my main boat for its Humminbird Fish Finder and now I have this same mount for my single seat pontoon boat's Humminbird Fish Finder! Easy install of the Fish Finder onto the base (you will need separate nuts/bolts for that) and you just pop the mount into a Scotty mount receiver and you're good to go! I LOVE Scotty products, they make so many hand accessories for boating and they are super durable!

Does what it says on the tin. Arrived fast. Really sturdy. I got the Scotty mount because I have a Seak kayak (the brand at Anaconda) and it's compatible. Happy with it so far. The centre bolt looks like it's going to slip but it tightened down well and hasn't budged. A good product.
