I had some light scratches and swirl marks that were ruining my car’s otherwise totally intentional patina, so I figured I’d give this a shot. After a quick wash, I went to work with a microfiber cloth and some elbow grease, and I was actually impressed. The scratches weren’t just “less visibleâ€â€”most of them were gone, and the paint had that deep, glossy look like I had just detailed it. The swirl marks? Vanished. Even my black paint didn’t fight me on this one, which is rare.A little goes a long way, so I’ll be using this bottle for a while. It’s got a nice consistency—not too runny, not too thick—and wipes off easily without leaving residue. If you’ve got deeper scratches down to the metal, this won’t magically fix those, but for light scratches and general paint correction, it does exactly what it should. Would definitely keep this around for future touch-ups.

I own a black vehicle. It only takes a couple of car washes before the swirls appear. I really wanted to bring it back to smooth.Ease of use: Super to easy to use. Get your buffer out, put it on the pad, pat it out, buff away.Swirl removal: This stuff is a miracle. It did not take much buffing at all to get the swirls out. Just work one section at a time. Test your paint first in a less obvious spot, of course.

Oddly enough I don't use this on automobiles. I have used it on artwork that is finished with automotive clearcoats. It has roughly 800-1200 grit sanding power, so you can add some to a polishing pad and go at light scratch marks. I follow it up with a more refined polishing compound. It works well to hide light scratches, and I love the pink color because it is easy to see.

This NRS Industries Scratch & Swirl Remover is simply perfect. I used to always use a 3M polishing compound to work out the swirls and scratches on my car, but after trying this one, I'm going to stick with it in the future. The consistency is similar to 3M ones, and it looks like off-white thick toothpaste. This compound is formulated to work out fine imperfections on your paint. Applying is very simple, you just need to get a soft rug, I found that microfiber rugs work the best. Shake well, just get a small amount of the compound on a rug, apply it in circular motion on the surface and let it dry a bit and then follow with vigorous circular buffing and finish with wiping it clean. You can use it with a polishing machine as well, but I prefer hand application. I found that the result is as good as 3M one if not better. The end result is perfectly clean, swirl-free, shiny paint surface. I am extremely pleased with the product, and I highly recommend it. Also, the bottle is very well sealed with a plastic plug under the cap that guarantees to prevent any sort of leakage during transportation. Don’t forget to remove this plug before first use!Bottom line:NRS Industries Scratch & Swirl Remover is perfect for car polishing, comparable to 3M compounds but with a smoother consistency. Apply with a soft microfiber cloth in circular motions, or with a polishing machine for even better results. Leaves a flawless, swirl-free shine. Highly recommended! I got this for my car because it has lots of dings and scratches that I'd like to remove or at least reduce their visibility a bit.Use:I washed the car then used my cordless drill and a buffing sponge on several scratches around the vehicle. The pictures I have uploaded are a perfect example of this product's ability to remove scratches.If you notice in the picture with my buffing wheel, the circled area has two long scrapes. In the next photo, you can see how the NRS Industries Scratch & Swirl Remover completely removed one of the large scrapes and reduced the other considerably.I took some other photos but it worked so well that you can't tell if the after photo is actually the same spot so I left them out.Findings:The NRS Industries Scratch & Swirl Remover works extremely well on shallow scratches and blemishes. If your scratches are down to the metal, this product will likely reduce it's visibility somewhat but it won't remove it.I don't want to take away from how well this product works though. It completely removed most of the scratches on my car. The larger scratches where the metal was showing, were greatly reduced and it required very little of the product to do so.One bottle of this product will last you a long time because it doesn't require much to work. You see how much I used but if I had a smaller buffing wheel, I could have used even less.

I used this scratch and swirl remover on my Black Pearl painted Genesis. And anybody who's owned a car that's painted with black pearl paint, knows just how finicky that paint can be and how easily it can show swirl marks from over buffing. So I tested this product and it did a surprisingly good job of not only removing light scratches but also swirl marks left behind from a previous buffing job. I wouldn't say it's quite as good as my commercial grade Meguiar's M105 Car Polishing Compound, but it comes very close!Overall, this is definitely a decent product for the price!
