UPDATE: Customer service was tremendous! They offered to refund the pen and cartridges at replace at no charge! I changed to the ball point vs rollerball and have been immensely happy. Def Recommend!Original post: rollerball cartridges do not flow evenly. I tried three different refills with the same result. The pen itself is nice, but useless with the refills not flowing properly.

I enjoyed the control and the strength of writing. It allowed me to write in confidence and clarity instead of skittering over the paper. Also it was smooth, clear not blotchy and almost artistic even though I am not.

I use my Scriveiner pen every day, and love the refills. I was really tired of using crappy basically disposable pens, and I'm gonna continue to be a customer of theirs. There's no way I'd gonna go back to junk pens after enjoying good writing quality.
