Incorrect description and listed rather high on the results when you look up "lobster measuring gauge" unfortunalty it is wrong and incorrect to say that this is a lobster measuring device as it does not give the legal size limit and can get you in trouble.U want a 3in and 5.5in gauge and this is not it

Nice, and seems like it can stand up to the saltwater. Too bad you can't read the measurements. I guess you've got to figure out what groves for what. After you figure that out you should be fine.

This plastic Scuba Diving Shellfish Measuring Gauge with Clip is very thin and could be broken easily. I would have expected a little thicker thickness for a gauge to have strapped to a belt and for the sport of Scuba diving for Shellfish. The measure is in 125mm and 100 mm Paua Ordinary and Scallops. Also has a Packhorse 216mm indication, although the gauge is only 165mm at it's longest outside measure, with a 54mm and 60mm measure for male and female on the Packhorse side of the tool. Has a nice plastic clip. Can't say I am all that pleased with it. It is OK.
