The most comfortable weights available, if you are placing them in weight pockets hanging from a belt or placing them in your quick release weight integrated BCD you won't find a more comfortable weight type on the market. Soft outer material allows the thousands of lead shot balls to conform to you equipment or more important body shape. These weights were perfect! They fit in my weight belt and, though they turned out to be a little too heavy for me to start with, I am sure they'll work once I get stronger. I am not using them for diving, just for training/working out so the solid fabric works well for me.

The product has a warning label stating: "WARNING THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS A SUBSTANCE KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER BIRTH DEFECTS OR OTHER REPRODUCTIVE HARM." While obviously the general public may be aware about harms associated with lead, the shot does not appear to be sealed within the bag; you can see and feel the shot through the mesh. Had this critical information been included in the product description I would not have purchased.
