Functionally this is a fine product and I would likely buy it again. I am using it with my camera housing and it performs the task well.The carabiner style snaps are strong and seem like they will hold up long term.But it was the best option to what I really wanted. I would prefer standard bolt snaps and un-adorned black webbing.

I've used this clip for over a year now and I use it to attach my Gopro to it on a dive. It is quick to unclip when you need the length to film with outstretched arm and easy to clip back at the end of the dive so it is not dangling. Sturdy clip that attaches to the d-ring. No rust or other deterioration noted after 50+ ocean dives.
