We personally fillet, smoke, and package the fish we sell so it stays fresh all the way to your home.
No Refrigeration Required
Each fillet has been sealed in our Gold Seal Pouch, and then gently cooked in its own juices. This preserves the salmon naturally, so it's shelf stable for up to 4 years or until the pouch is opened.

I just came from an Alaskan cruise and they sold this in the gift shops. I brought it back for my doggies and they loved it. Out of curiosity I checked to see if Amazon had it and to my surprise they do. Perfect for gifts. I bought 3 more 2 for my 2 dogs and 1 for my friends doggy.
