Like that it fit perfectly where the old 1 used to be. Screen will save having to replace livewell pump again. Not sure where the old screen went or when it went missing.

I bought this strainer for my livewell pump because Mud Daubers made a nest in my pump and packed it with mud, rendering it inoperable. I also don't want to pick up vegetation. I screws right on the thru the hull fitting.

I was a little worried about how sturdy the mesh would be but it’s seems very durable. Push on it with a good bit of pressure and it didn’t even flex. Great product.
