I used the Sealmaster ER-24 bearing as an OEM replacement for my 70's era Cave Astrola german equatorial mount restoration project. I only had to replace one of the two original bearings. Guess what? The bearing I had to replace was a generic, non Sealmaster bearing. The other Sealmaster bearing from the 70's was still functioning like new. Go figure... ;-)
