I have long been looking for waterproof and warm winter gloves. I bought these gloves that were a bit costly because they had positive reviews. I have not been disappointed with the purchase. These gloves manage to be warm at a lightweight. They do not feel overwhelming on your hands and make you feel like you cannot use your hands. These gloves are made of quality materials and are well built. They have met my expectations and I am comfortable recommending them to others.

Bought these for duck hunting, need waterproof, warm, long cuffed gloves for cold weather water work. So i tested them in 30 degrees for about 30 minutes, had a snowball fight with the kid, hands stayed dry but not exactly warm. I think calling them "Extreme Cold Weather" is a bit extreme.... They are well made and comfortable, run a bit small - bought a size bigger than the chart and they still fit like a glove lol. Overall Seal Skinz makes good stuff, i just wont be using em to set out and pull deks in ice water. Wish they still made the gauntlet glove.

I don't normally write reviews, but after paying almost $100 for a pair of gloves I expected to experience what was written about them. They are built ok, look ok, but the warmth is far less than expected and less than a couple of my existing far cheaper gloves.Very disappointing that I'm reverting to my older & far cheaper leather gloves.

The quality of the material is undoubtedly impressive. The gloves feel soft, and the design allows for good finger dexterity. I tested their waterproofing capabilities in the freezing waters of Antarctica, dipping my hands into the freezing ocean to pick up chunks of ice, and they proved to be completely waterproof and completely insulated me from the water's temperature. The biggest letdown, however, was the gloves' performance in the Antarctic extreme cold. Despite being marketed for "extreme cold weather," they struggled to handle temperatures below 40°F. Even with a separate inner liner glove, the gloves couldn't provide sufficient warmth in freezing temperatures. While active and moving, they were acceptable in 30°F weather, but sitting around for an extended period led to cold fingers within an hour.Recommendation: I would recommend these gloves for activities in wet conditions and milder cold weather. However, for those seeking below freezing cold weather protection, these gloves may fall short of expectations. Consider additional layering or explore alternative options if you anticipate prolonged idle exposure to sub-freezing conditions.

Good glove not for extreme cold weather but did well. I live in vehicle for emergency use, not really suitable for the abuse my puppy puts gloves through. Hunting they would work well for.

Warm, good fit on hand.. I usually wear a medium winter glove but tips are every so slightly longer.. Overall though great glove..

Vélo à zéro dégrées ce matin, mains confortable malgré le vent, bon ajustement aux mains et capacité de faire des choses avec les mains malgré les gants parce que l’ajustements est si bon. J’attends voir a moins 10, comme les deux dernières semaines. On va voir si ça dure mais très bon début

Waterproof but only warm to maybe -10C. Even then, only if you're moving. Were good for skiing but if you're just standing around, they won't keep you warm for very long.
