I’m in love with these beautiful wheels, I got them two days ago. There’s a huge difference between them and my old ones. The material around them is very comfortable and provides nonslip support. I received them with a nice handwritten note from the vendor. A million thanks Secret Garden!

Give yourself time to get used to it. There will be spots where its too painful to bear your full weight but when its not too bad try to stop and relax into it. After a bit you’ll find your back cracking and popping like crazy as you gently roll back and forth. But not so much at first when your muscles are still tense.It’s addicting.

I will say this product did give me some pain relief. It was extremely painful and bruised my back. I will say I’m a smaller person at 4’ 11†and 125 pounds but my husband who is 6’ 5†220 pounds also said it was extremely painful and uncomfortable and did nothing for his back.

I had hope's that these would really help with back pain. But, they're very painful to use.I thought maybe it was just me. So, I had my 33 year old son and my 11 year old daughter try them as well and they both experienced a lot of pain using them. So needless to say they're just sitting in the box not being used.

This is a great product. Each of the three wheels is really well padded, and because of this they are much more comfortable than other versions of these I have used. I really wanted to try the smallest wheel, and it definitely stretches out and relieves back pain and stiffness. The quality of these is top notch; I don't know of a better version of this product.I do really wish these came with some instructions. The listing shows all sorts of interesting yoga poses with them, but I don't know how to do them. I do know how to safely roll out on these, but I imagine some other people do not. They should also warn people not to wear hoodies while using this, and that your hair can get caught if you aren't careful.
