Installed this keypad at my church to replace a same model keypad that only worked for 8 months. This keypad only worked for one week.. From what I see on Amazon, they will not accept a return on something that is used. Manufacturer says to return it to the distributor. Guess I'm stuck with it. Do not waste your money.

Transaction went as planned and the item was as described. It was installed and worked right out of the box and is still in service with no issue.

My company just recently purchased this since the one we currently had install for over 10 years has finally given up. This replacement part only lasted 1 month before it stopped working.
