Though the mounting screws are plated carbon steel (not stainless), the hinges themselves are as advertised (very NON-magnetic).That said, the lengths are ~23-5/8" (not 24") each.

The hinges themselves worked perfectly and were easy to install. The screws provided however, were very cheap and actually sheared off / broke when I tried to use them. I paid a premium for these heavy duty hinges, why would you supply such shoddy screws to use with them? Save yourself some headaches and toss out the screws they supply immediately and go buy some decent ones at your local hardware store!

As you probably seen in the comments the hinges work very well but throw the screws away and buy better ones. Over half of the screws heads broke off.

The hinges are solid. The screws that came with it are not. The heads twist off with little to no torque with a hand screw driver. Do yourself a favor and just throw the screws that came with it away from the start.

1st hinge of 2, perfect. The second is bent and the screws are literally rusty and stripped. 50% is a failing grade.

The hinge is great. Seems heavy duty. The provided screws are cheap Chinese junk. Throw them away and buy American made quality to match the quality of the hinge.

I purchased the hinge for my pumphouse. The hinge pin and hinge leaves are sturdy stainless steel. The screws are not stainless and have already started to rust after one week.
