Step 1: Soaking
Begin with 1-2 tablespoons of seeds. Fill the jar with water until it's at least halfway full. Gently stir the seeds and let the jar stand upright for 8-12 hours to soak.
Step 2: Rinsing and Draining
Secure the lid and drain the soaked water from the jar, then rinse the seeds. Repeat this process several times. After rinsing and draining, place the jar upside down to allow any remaining water to collect in the plastic tray.
Step 3: Rinse and Repeat
Continue rinsing and draining the seeds twice a day until the hulls or seed covers drop or float away during rinsing. Sprouts are usually ready for "harvest" in about 3-5 days, but the exact timing depends on the variety of your sprouts.
Step 4: Harvest
Once the sprouts are ready to harvest, give them a final rinse and remove any unsprouted seeds or seed hulls. Now you can enjoy delicious and nutritious sprouts.

Broccoli, 2 tbsp, 6-8 days
Clover，2 tbsp, about 7 days
Alfalfa, 2 tbsp, 7-12 days
Soybeans, 1/2 cup, 6-9 days
Mung beans, 1/2 cup, 5-7 days

I’ve been sprouting for years using nothing but a ball jar and a screen lid. This system is very nice. I love the lids and the jars take up less space on my windowsill.

I've used this twice so far and it has been great. So much easier to go through the process of sprouting. I've been using broccoli seeds and they have done well. The black out sleeve is a big deal as I can keep my container in plain view without the light affecting the sprouts and so it's easier to remember to rinse and repeat. The whole set up does require a little bit of counterspace but it's not excessive considering the convenience factor of having a jar designed to sprout. Also, the jars are amazing for keeping the sprouts fresh in the refrigerator for a few days. When my sprouts are the desired size I just leave them on the patio table outside for a few hours and they green up nicely.

These worked great. Sleeves didn’t last. Buying covers would have been sufficient but (depending what you have already) having the tray and holder that allows the jars to drain was very helpful.FYI broccoli may be the best health wise but, hot damn. If you don’t like snacking on spicy radishes, I would recommend buying a salad mix. Straight broccoli sprouts are not what you get at the store lol learning moment! 😂

I Love this product great quality jars, the kit works well, very convenient, you only need Lik a teaspoon of seeds, it grows fast, an the jar over flows you get so much, it drains well great product, easy to clean I do recommend it!!!

Ich liebe Sprossen und verwende diese Keimgläser seit einiger Zeit.Man kann sie ohne Probleme in der Spülmaschine spülen.Sie sind noch immer wie am ersten Tag. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit diesem Keimglas 2er Set.

Utilisé pour faire germer des graines de blé pour faire de l'herbe à chat.J'ai suivi les instructions qui sont très simples.En moins de 24 heures certaines graines commençaient à fermer. La photo jointe est au bout de 36 heures, donc plutôt contente.Le matin on peut avoir des tiges qui poussent à travers le haut du bocal mais une fois qu'on les rincent et qu'on secoue, ça se détache facilement.Je recommande.
