I purchased this mini heatgun to repair LED bulbs that had burned out in the holiday inflatable. One of the Santa's reindeers had a light burned out, perhaps due to excessive moisture ( It rains a lot in December in Western Washington). This tool was real handy when after splicing thin wires and heat shirink the sleeves. It worked really well because it is small and with its heat shield, it did not burn the delicate polyester material. I anticipate that the LED bulbs in other ininflatables may burn out eventually and now I have a very handy tool to tackle such repair job! I highly recommend this tool.

I purchased this heat gun exclusively for working with heatshrink tubes and it does the job very well. The two steps setting also helps as does the “foot†holding the heat gun away from the table surface.While the English Language portion of the user manual is very good, the German Language portion has some spelling as well a grammar issue, but still readable without any issues (“Ausreichend, setzenâ€) .Would I buy again? Yes. If you are in need of a heat gun for heatshrink tube — that’s the one to look for.

Can't beat it for the price. I got this to remove stickers from wood-backed horse brushes that I custom engrave for customers. I used it for the first time today and am very happy with it. It makes removing product stickers easy. It is handy and heats quickly. The stand is a plus. I can't say anything about the longevity of the item, but I will update my review if I have any issues.

La pistola de calor es muy práctica, la utilizo para darle acabado a las impresiones 3D de filamento (cuando se necesita) y funciona muy bien. La he usado otras veces para acelerar el secado se pintura acrÃlica en piezas 3D pintadas a mano, también la he usado un par de veces, para calentar el extremo de una manguera de hule, esto para poder conectarla a un adaptador a presión. Tiene buena capacidad de emisión de calor, otro aspecto que me agrada, es el soporte que trae integrado para asentarla sobre sà misma. Al principio tenÃa mis dudas pues no conocÃa la marca, pero después de estar usándola por más de tres meses me ha convencido y he quedado satisfecho con mi compra. El cable de corriente tiene buena distancia, nunca ha sido un problema para la manipulación. En resumen, me gustó mucho, la volverÃa a comprar, y la recomiendo ampliamente.

Heats up instantly and maintains a steady temperature but needs a burn in step at the factory as when turned on for the first time it releases a nasty and likely toxic odor. That part of the factory can just be a rack of the tools with a fume catcher at the front and something to run them for 1 to 2 minutes.
