This capacitor fixed my pool pump motor. If you motor just hums, but starts up when you give the motor shaft a little help that you can be pretty sure the start capacitor has gone out. the capacitor gives the motor a little extra current to get it started overcoming inertia..simple to charge, follow the wire routing..take a photo!!

Unfortunately they know this and are hiding the actual width. It’s 1.87” diameter and these motors are 1.4” it will not fit so don’t take the risk as I did.
