Using it to build up typing speed & accuracy. Was concerned the on/off was non-existant after reading other reviews, but took a chance. The round places that look like big molded humps on the top of both sides are actually the buttons for pushing for some of the functions. The round hump on the side of the casing on the upper right is the on/off & works w/ just a push. The sound is simple & not annoying. The sound can be increased/decreased to be just right for typing with w/o being distracting from what's being typed. When set to the most most basic setting, this sounds very much like the old style tic-tok metronome used in HS typing classes back in the day. Very useful tool.

I like this metronome. Simple and easy to use. Kind of odd that it never turns off, but doesn't seem to matter.I would say it was worth the purchase. I get tired of using my iphone for everything. This does what it is supposed to do, and I am not depending on a phone to do it.

it would get 5 stars but it literally doesnt have power button, i asked in the questions section and i got an answer to "press the power button" which some people reply saying there isnt one and then no replies after that lol

I bought this in July 2017 so that I would have a metronome with me during summer band as a drum major. Even now in April 2018, it still works perfectly! It has all of the factors that are listed; stop watch, timer, time(in military time), alarm, metronome and tuner! You can even adjust the sound (soft or loud) for the metronome and tuner.

It’s cute, great for drum majors, and easy to use. It’s only downside is the screen never turns off. It only uses a little bit of battery though so it lasts awhile.

It works and could be very useful if the characters on the LCD were large enough to easily see but the lack of a backlight was the deal killer. Double the LCD size and light it up and you'd have a viable product Mr. Seiko.

It breaks after a couple of years. The actual watch/metronome/temparature/humidity are very useful but the swtches and contact are not well made.

今の所、とっても便利。　以前は楽器メーカーのを使ってましたけど、調子が悪くなったので買い替え。　音の調子が聞いていてストレスに成らない程度で良いです。トレーニングに使用していますが、時計も、タイマーも、温度計もありで、これ一個首から下げて、一日の用は足せそうです。　一つ難を言うなら、左右の押しボタンが対の位置なので、つい両方押しそうになる事位です。　まだ使い始めなので耐久性は分かりませんが、今のところ大満足です。

数あるメーカー商品がありますが、音楽関係のメトロノームのほうが性能が良いと思い、YAMAHAさんの携帯メトロノームを注文しましたが、欠品が続き納期も未定だったので、スポーツ、ウォーキングなどでネット検索して、同様の使い方をしている人のレビューを見つけ、すぐに購入できるこちらのSEIKO製品を購入しました。サイズ的に小さすぎず、大きすぎないところが高齢者でも操作がしやすいそうです。また、ストラップがついているので首から下げて歩くときには、バイブレーションなど必要なく、音を出しながら使っているとのこと。かなり耳が悪く、外でどの程度の音で使用しているかわかりませんが、きちんと聞こえているのである程度大きな音が出る商品だと思います。毎日快適に歩けるようになったと言われました。本人が喜んでいるのでウォーキング用にもマッチしている商品だと思います。

使い易いが、用途によると思うが広い場所での使用では音量が小さい。調整機能はあるがMAXでも 物足りない。
