The Self Centering Tow Harness for Watersports is a basic yet functional option for those looking to engage in watersports with their inflatable boat. Its affordable price tag and simple design make it an appealing choice for casual users. However, its quality concerns raise questions about its long-term durability and suitability for more demanding applications. The harness's nylon construction suggests that it may not withstand the rigors of regular use. While it may suffice for occasional tubing excursions, it may not hold up to the stresses of wakeboarding or other high-impact activities. Additionally, the inclusion of a float ball and self-centering pulley indicates that the harness is primarily designed for recreational use rather than serious water sports enthusiasts.Despite these shortcomings, the Self Centering Tow Harness offers some valuable features. The thick nylon rope provides a secure attachment point for tubes and wakeboard ropes, and the float ball helps keep the rope out of the water. The clips for attaching the harness to the boat's transom are also well-made.Overall, the Self Centering Tow Harness is a decent choice for those seeking an economical option for occasional tubing activities. However, its quality concerns raise doubts about its suitability for more intensive water sports or long-term use. If you plan to engage in more demanding activities or expect frequent use, it may be worth investing in a higher-quality harness from a reputable brand.

Recently got a new boat with enclosed transom and the old rope was to short. This one works perfectly and is long enough.

I use this on my 18ft fish and ski instead of a ski bar. Works great.

Overall I think this is a quality and well made product, but I'm not 100% sure what problem it is trying to solve. We tested this behind our boat with a three person tube. Feedback from the riders is that it causes a bit bumpier ride, due to being that much farther back in the wake. My wife's description was this was like riding a bike on a chip sealed rode as opposed to an asphalt road. From a "drivers" perspective, the foam ball/pulley tends to ride just at the crest of the wake, causing the pull rope to drag in the water when making turns. It didn't appear to affect the ability to move the tube from side to side though.Overall, the product seems well made. The rope is thinner than most tow ropes but the hardware is heavy duty and robust.I'm not sure how this would work behind a jetski but for any tow vehicle that didn't have a solid mounting point, this allows for the rope to be attached to two locations.Overall, a quality product, just not sure it is really needed.

Works great. Float keeps it from getting caught in prop!

If you have a ski bar or an in-board with a centered cleat, you don't need this. Our cleats are at the stern corners so it's helpful to us. It is also helpful to keep line out of your outboard. The hardware seems to be of questionable quality. The block, especially, seems cheap. I wish the hooks were larger.
