The pieces of the handle assemble easily – follow the pamphlet guide for which goes into which. The mop head attaches to the bottom handle via a pressure clip near the lower end. For stubborn spots, there is an abrasive pad in the center of the mop head. It comes with a replacement mop head. To squeeze the mop dry, slide the base grip up to cover the two spring tabs and then twist. The tabs perform a ratchet function and prevent the grip from unspinning. When done squeezing the water out, slide the grip towards the mop head and then shake it out. The handle is amazingly long which allows you to mop without bending over – easy on the back. I mopped the kitchen floor (wife got a kick out of that) and the mop worked just fine. I am pleased with this order. This is replacing an old similar type mop that was hard on the wrist and never completely rung out all the water.

I feel like I have been going thru mops like 2020 and toilet paper! I got mad when I couldn't replace the bottle from the Rubbermaid mop, so I have been trying different things. The other wring mops consistently had iffy reviews, then I found this. It works great! The twist function is nice, because you can turn it but the ratchet keeps it from undoing itself. Only problem is it gets a bit tangled. I hope that improves with use. I have to shake it, which kinda defeats having the boiling water. But that's ok. At least it reaches in more places than my flat mop. I like having 2 heads, too. Love being able to wash it :)

While the mop takes less than 5 minutes to put together, the mop heads don’t last more than a couple of uses before coming apart. After using the first mop head for a couple of times, I noticed it coming apart at the bottom. I threw that one out and switched to the second. That too has only held up for a couple of uses. Durability is not its strong point.

This product is very cheaply made. When I mopped it felt like the pole would break . The mop head is small and the pole is not great quality! Returning

Nice unit. The head is a bit smaller than we like, but it works well and cleans good.
