One Allen screw loose and another cross threaded and not even close to seated. Just a simple 3 second visual inspection would have caught this if there was ANY quality control. I repaired myself. So far so good but I may edit my review. Buyer beware.

Very well built. Probably more than I needed but I will install it anyway. It will definitely need some good framing or a solid backing plate for an install due to the weight.

I had this reel for just about 10 months. With regular use of it now it slips while in use. Meaning the hose will reel back in while your using it which drags you along with it.. $350 down the drain because I’m out of warranty while only having it 10 months. Pay a little more and use your hard earned money to get something that is quality and that will last you. I should’ve looked over the reviews before purchasing. $350 lesson learned.

Unit came assembled incorrectly. Had to take apart and assemble correctly. Reel is very low quality and I don't expect it to last long. Unit also comes with very poor/short unacceptable warranty. DO NOT RECCOMEND.

I had a manual roll up, hand crank hose reel in my Farm shop wash bay for years. It worked fine, except a pain to crank it up multiple times daily. This is an awesome reel, high quality, works like a champ! And.....WAY cheaper than a reelcraft with at least if not better quality!

I had hoped this came loaded with 50 feet of hose. It does not . The hose included is the suction hose to the reel. Guess I should have asked before ordering so many haha
