It takes a while to get it set up. Bluetooth is not that great. We only use mesh. Voice commands can work or not. Used an old version for a long time. Went to Cardo until one quite working and was out of warranty. The both have good and bad. Just depends on each person. Battery life seems to do better for us. Understanding sometimes can be an issue with wind noise. They are both quite expensive.

I thought I was upgrading to something amazing. I have sena 10s for years and thought they are pretty old and I should get the newest technology. Well the old 10s had better range and are more reliable. More then not either the are disconnected or just sound so bad that you can't communicate. I'm not a fan of the mesh, or the mesh antenna that I'm afraid to let extended for fear of it getting Broken off on a branch. That may be why then don't work all that well, but I use them on 4wheelers and that silent make it one ride if it was left extended.

Sena raises the bar for motorcycle coms again!Clear audio, Bluetooth intercom works great. Mesh is game changer! Works and is responsive and has been our go to headsets for past 10 years

this is not compatible with Harley touring bikes. You are forced to buy the branded HD 50s module if you want a fully integrated Bluetooth headsetVERY DISAPPOINTED……

I bought this dual unit from Amazon. The first couple of times we used it, one of the units would lose the charge just a couple of hours into the ride. “Low battery. Goodbye.†Because I was past the point of Amazon return date, I was told to contact the manufacturer SENA. SENA DENIED THE WARRANTY because I bought through Amazon “From a secondary seller.â€Now we have to take if off the helmet to charge it during our meal stops. What a hassle for a unit that’s advertised as 13 hours of talk time. We get no more than 3 hours of battery. We don’t talk much. We don’t listen to music through the unit. BEWARE.
