I ride in some pretty remote areas so Comms with the house are very important. So far I am very pleased with the communicator. The mini screen is great!! The instructions could be more detailed and should cover all user interactions.

I ordered this for my son's birthday present. There isn't a lot of background noise when my son is riding his motorcycle. I can hear him without issues.

I used this product for about 2 months and am having problems. When talking on 2 way the other person sounds like a robot and it goes in and out, while listening to music it sounds muffled and I can't understand what is playing. I have contacted Sena and they have asked me to troubleshoot while I was on the phone and I have and now has sent me an email to troubleshoot basically the same thing and I have with no luck with the issue. We will see what they say next. It was nice when it worked.

I have a Sena 5S that was purchased of couple of years ago and it still works well enough that I decided to purchase another 5S for my passenger helmet. Fair price for a device that does what I want with no unnecessary extra features. Imagine my surprise when my new Sena 5S showed up - Without Speakers. Kinda hard to hear your shiny new helmet communicator - Without Speakers. All of a sudden that price doesn't seem so attractive. Moral of the story? Buy from Sena directly. Same price. Plus you get Speakers, fer cryin' out loud.

The bike to bike intercalm worked great, but making phone calls became problematic...this may be due to operatir error. I had received several phone calls while on the road, all callers stated my voice was load and clear. The instructions could be better, playing around with the unit, will make using it more natural.We plan on purchasing 2 more.

Monté sur un shoeï nxr, montage simple, paramétrage depuis l'appli simple, son bon (au dessus de 140 ça commence à s'effacer un peu, mais nous n'avons pas le droit de rouler à cette vitesse lol).Il faut avoir un peu de mémoire pour bien se rappeler des combinaisons de touches.

Si quieres un intercomunicador de calidad para tu casco, este es tu producto. Llevaba el modelo anterior en mi viejo casco y a la hora de actualizar no tuve dudas, si el anterior tenia un sonido sorprendente, el SENA 5S lo supera con creces. Su sonido HD te sorprenderá tanto para la música, como para hablar con tu acompañante. Te preocupa el ruido del viento en las llamadas de teléfono? Sin problema, el interlocutor ni siquiera sabrá que estas montando en moto. La cancelación de ruido es, entre sorprendente y milagrosa a partes iguales. En cuanto a su configuración ahora es mucho mas fácil, su pantalla LCD te ayudara enormemente a navegar por los diferentes menús sin tener que estar atento a la locución del intercomunicador. La instalación es sencilla y sin complicaciones, y además, podrás aprovechar para lavar los acolchados...
