USE & CARE
- Stay away from metal utensil in cooking as well as steel wools in cleaning. Clean with soap, water, soft sponge and wipe with thin film of Oil.
- Cooking with medium heat. This helps maintain the cookware’s nonstick property and preserve the nutrients in the cooked meal.
- Suitable for dishwasher at low temperature.
- NOTE: It is normal that there are some scratch lines on stainless still base, the bottoms of the outside need to be polished before they leave factory. SENSARTE sell 100% new pan.

Aesthetically pleasing, I have this on my list for a while and finally bought it on a deal. From stove to table functional and pretty to serve. Went in dishwasher and came out fine. Installed the knob with the screw driver that came with the box, value added! Cooking was a breeze, marinated pork did not stick did not burn and cooked perfectly. Pan fried salmon barely need any oil at all and when I flip the fish everything just swirl around. Potstickers with the perfect crust. Just a quick wipe with paper towel in between dishes. For a solid pot that stays in place on ceramic top it’s still easy on my wrist ( I have trouble opening spaghetti sauce) I think the size combination in this set is just perfect for a small family dinner. Great product and definitely worth the investment.

These pans are priceless!! I can't believe they were only $65! They're nice to look at, they're perfectly non-stick, they're great under high heat and the wood-like handles never get hot. On top of that, I received them in August and one of the handles had a chip out of it. I could've used super glue but they're heavy pans. I called the manufacturer and they told me they were out of stock of the white pan handles. It would be 6-8 weeks. No problem. He messaged me awhile ago that it would be a little longer. I figured he'd totally blown me off. Nope! The handle arrived as promised last week. I was thrilled that he'd kept track of that after all that time. They're an excellent set of pans! I HIGHLY recommend them and the company. Don't hesitate. They're a large'size, sturdy set of cooking wonder!!

I initially bought the 1.5 qt saucepan because I needed a smaller pot, but when I got it I was so impressed with the quality, look and sturdiness, I ordered this set, plus two other frying pans and donated my other pots and pans. These are easy to clean, heavy duty and the non-stick surface is the best I've ever owned and I have splurged on expensive pots and pans before. The gray granite with the wood-look handle is really attractive too. They also send you a nice Phillips head screwdriver to attach the handles with! I am so glad I stumbled upon that 1.5 qt. saucepan and discovered this cookware. Highly recommend!!

Mostly love this product. I am an impatient cook. These need to be tempered as not to damage. I have ruined some cheaper non-stick pansSo far, these are great pans! Cook evenly. Lids fit! Easy clean up! And I haven’t ruined them ! I think they can take more heat (after properly warmed up than the cheaper ones I had)They are a great weight as well!Great value!The only down side so far- I would like a pour spout on both sides of all pans! There is one to left on big one. And I lift with left and scrape with right!

This is the best cooking set I have ever had. Durable, very pretty and things don't stick to them and so easy to clean. I wash by hand due to wooden handles but they are so easy to clean. Love this entire set.

These pans are an absolute pleasure to cook with! They heat so evenly and efficiently, and they're a breeze to clean! I find that I cook on lower heat due to their efficiency. They are a beautiful, sturdy quality as well. I'm so happy with this purchase and I highly recommend them. I love everything about them!

I purchased these on sale and love them. Because they're white, they do stain and usually around once a month I have to deep clean them with baking soda and vinegar to get the stains removed. However, I really appreciate the quality, especially for the price. These came with pads to protect the pans from each other if they're stacked. They cook evenly, are aesthetically pleasing, and I would definitely purchase again!

I bought them six months ago, they have been a very good purchase, they are made of great material, things do not stick, as long as you are careful when washing them you do not damage the ceramic which helps make cooking easier.

Everything appears to be of very good quality, the fry pans were perfect non stick wise, passed the scrambled egg test with flying colours! And the set even came with a full sized screw driver for the assembly of the handles! Great set would buy from this company again!

This wasn't my first choice, first at all I'm tired of changing/replacing pots/cookware sets every 12 months. I hope this one lasts at least 18 months. I'm taking care of it since day one, not using my ceramic oven at max, cleaning after use soft sponge, cooking with plastic/wood utensils only, etc. If this set doesn't last at least 12 months I'd be disappointing and I mean without losing functionality, I will switch to Caraway Ceramic cookware, Kitchenaid or Cuisinart cookware sets, even if they cost 2 or 3 times more. In fact, I bought 6Q and a 8Q non-stick Kitchenaid pots 2 years ago and they're still as new and I use it on a regular basis.Cookware is a little thin and weightless and overall materials are ok.

If you want a short term use of pots and pans, go ahead.I regret buying these and should have gotten something better. It's very good at first but deteriorate in less than 6 months. It sticks to everything and I only use on maximum medium and don't wash when it's hot as described in their manual.I reached out to them for warranty and no response.Do yourself a favor and find something else.
