This is a very nice towel warmer I put my towel and pajamas in before I get into my bath and they are nice and warm when I get out I highly recommend this to others It is very good quality. It is nice and sturdy but not too heavy. I have to keep it in another room and carry it to the bathroom. Very good product.

I didn’t know what I was missing. This towel warmer is perfect, especially in cooler temperatures. It fits two towels easily. I love this thing. I use it to warm blankets, towels, robes. I almost didn’t get this because I thought it was unnecessary. But I don’t think I can go back to drying off with a “cold†(i.e. room temp) towel again 😆

I bought this as a gift for my family. If they don't want it, I'm taking it back! I have an older model (different brand)-small and rectangular. It still works, but I appreciate the upgrades to this warmer. It has safety shutoff features which I like. It's great to have, especially if you have a drafty house as I once did. Treat yourself to this self-care!

Had it about a year and worked well until two days ago when I could smell burned electrical wires in my GFI outlet. It melted the outlet and my electrician said it could have been a lot worse after he charged me $170 to replace the entire GFI outlet. DANGEROUS and not happy.
