I have a lot of flower and vegetable beds around my garden and am always spending time edging or cleaning up edging throughout the season. I wanted something to make it easier, and this product does just that!The sharp teeth cut through sod easily and that's been great for cleaning up edging around existing beds as well as cutting out new ones. I also have an electric edger, but this tool does a much cleaner and efficient job. If you keep up on your edging, this is pretty effortless to use. I've edged along my sidewalks as well and it's equally effective for that. It's tall enough to get enough leverage but still short enough for height challenged people like myself to use easily. It's handles are lightly padded which makes it comfortable to grip. It's a breeze to assemble as well - around 5 minutes and then you can get to work!Not only does it do an effective and clean job, it does it in a lightweight and easy to store size, making it a great addition to any gardening kit. I only wish I'd have gotten one of these years ago, it might have saved me a lot of back pain!

I love this product! Super easy to assemble. Sturdy. Doesn’t loosen as you use it. It cuts through the grass like butter and I live in the PNW where the wet ground can be like cement. That was a worry of mine when I first purchased, wondering whether it would even work. It’s perfect and has edged my lawn beautifully.

This edger is fine if you're dealing with routine edging with grass that is not too tough. For our job, it was not quite tough enough and we had to purchase a motorized power tool. We already had a Fiskers flat spade which is great for removing sod. I did find that this tool was perhaps sharper than it, but, alas, it was not tough enough for our edging job (I'm not sure the last time our right of way was properly edged and that might have been the problem; we'll know more once our new power tool arrives). I would recommend this to you if you have already done some edging and don't have extremely tough grass which we do in Portland OR with all the rain because the construction and the blade are nice. It was easy to assemble.

I’ve used this tool now on several occasions. The tool surprisingly out performed my expectations, really cut through with ease and reduced the work time substantially. If there is one thing that would improve the tool is to reinforce the area where the top and bottom attach. The tool works great, totally recommend it.

This tool was a good purchase; It is light, resistant and easy to assemble, it is ideal for edges of walkways and gardens. It is easy to use and features a soft foam T-handle that is comfortable to hold and prevents pain in your back and knees.It has a very good price compared to its quality. I highly recommend it.

Very sturdy and compact. Easy to assemble and take apart. I used it to edge around my pool and it looks great.

The tool was easy and quick to assemble. It is surprisingly very sturdy metal. I was able to edge some flower beds easily using it. My grass is very deeply rooted but I was able to keep chunking down to get there. Easy to clean and store.
