Very cute, nice large size but has a shorter front so doesn't cover the eyes. Very soft and thick but still light enough not to be heavy. Love that it covers the ears. My almost 2 year old loves Elmo so had no problem keeping this on his head. The gloves are nice too, but those he takes off.

My 2 year old (like a lot of toddlers) doesn't like keeping her hat and gloves on. With ELMO she keeps them on and will sometimes even put them on in the house, because it is fun for her. I am in Chicago and I feel comfortable putting these on her in 30 degree weather. The hat is warmer than the gloves, since the gloves are knit style. They are NOT waterproof. They are also hand wash, since they will start fraying in the wash. I like the strings/rope on the side, it is easier to get the hat on with these. She even pulls them down herself.

This is a very nice gift for kids that are fans of Sesame Street and Elmo in particular. The gloves and the hat are very warm as they have fleece material on the inside. Very satisfied with this pie.
